Welcome to CartHopper Inc. ("CartHopper," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our CartHopper web application and Chrome Extension ("CartHopper App") and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
By installing and using the CartHopper Extension and our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the CartHopper Extension or our Services.
As a user of CartHopper, you are responsible for ensuring that your conduct on the platform is lawful and respectful. You must not use our Services to post or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing upon intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable. You are also responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our Services.
Users participating in affiliate programs through CartHopper must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding affiliate marketing, including any disclosure requirements. CartHopper provides transparent and conspicuous disclosures about affiliate relationships when promoting products through our Services.
CartHopper is not responsible for inaccuracies in product descriptions or misrepresentations made by third-party merchants or users. Users should exercise due diligence and verify product information before adding or promoting products on their storefronts.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Restrictions: You agree not to (a) use the Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or commercial purposes; (b) reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the CartHopper Extension; (c) modify or create derivative works based on the CartHopper Extension or Services; or (d) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the CartHopper Extension or Services.
While we strive to offer a wide range of products through our Services, we do not guarantee the continued availability of any products listed on our platform. Availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
You are solely responsible for any content, including product information, images, and links, that you submit, post, or share through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting, posting, or sharing User Content, you grant CartHopper a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with our Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the foregoing license.
All content, trademarks, and logos associated with the CartHopper Extension and Services, other than User Content, are the exclusive property of CartHopper or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute such content, trademarks, or logos without our prior written consent.
Our Services may allow you to access or purchase products from third-party websites or services. CartHopper is not responsible for the content, products, or services provided by such third parties, and we do not endorse or assume any responsibility for such third-party websites or services. When you access or use third-party websites or services, you do so at your own risk, and you agree that CartHopper will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party websites or services.
THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THE CARTHOPPER EXTENSION, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CARTHOPPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CARTHOPPER, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL CARTHOPPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES.
Our Services may include links to third-party websites or services. CartHopper is not responsible for the content, products, or services provided by such third parties. Your use of or interaction with any third-party websites or services is at your own risk, and CartHopper disclaims all liability in connection therewith.
We offer a 30-day refund policy for products purchased through the CartHopper platform. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@carthopper.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund procedures and may be subject to certain conditions and exclusions as outlined in our refund policy.
CartHopper utilizes third-party services for payment processing to enhance your shopping and checkout experience.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CartHopper, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property or other rights of CartHopper or any third party.
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services.
We may, at our sole discretion, terminate your access to the Services, including the CartHopper Extension, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the party against whom such waiver is sought to be enforced. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CartHopper concerning your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and CartHopper with respect to the subject matter hereof.
